POKEY&BEAR TERMS OF USE & LICENSING FOR PNG DESIGNS

STANDARD LICENSE — Included with Every Purchase

PERMITTED

✅ One User
✅ Unlimited Personal Projects
✅ Unlimited Commercial Use (finished physical products created by you only)
✅ Unlimited Physical Sales (finished items such as shirts, tumblers, bags)

PROHIBITED

🔴 Print-On-Demand platforms such as Printify, Printful, etc. (upgraded license required)
🔴 Sale of printed transfer sheets for resale (upgraded license required)
🔴 Upload to artist sites including but not limited to Spoonflower, Society6, and Redbubble
🔴 Sale on mass-production platforms such as Amazon Merch, Temu, Shein, and similar services
🔴 Digital sales of any kind
🔴 Resale or redistribution of digital files
🔴 Using Pokey&Bear designs as part of another digital product for sale
🔴 You may not claim designs as your own
🔴 You may not share Pokey&Bear files even for personal use by others

TRANSFER SHEET LICENSE — One-Time Purchase

Allows you to print and sell physical transfer sheets using purchased Pokey&Bear designs.

This license permits the following IN ADDITION to the standard license:

✅ Print and sell physical transfer sheets to end customers
✅ Unlimited transfer sheet sales
✅ Use on all designs you own now and purchase in the future

🩷 Purchase Transfer Sheet License

STILL PROHIBITED

🔴 Print-On-Demand use on platforms such as Printify and Printful (requires separate POD License)
🔴 Sale on mass-production platforms such as Amazon Merch, Temu, Shein, and similar services
🔴 Upload to artist marketplace sites including but not limited to Spoonflower, Society6, and Redbubble
🔴 Resale or redistribution of digital files
🔴 Claiming designs as your own

PRINT ON DEMAND LICENSE — One-Time Purchase

Allows you to use purchased Pokey&Bear designs on Print-On-Demand platforms such as Printify and Printful.

This license permits the following IN ADDITION to the standard license:

✅ Print-On-Demand use on platforms such as Printify and Printful
✅ Unlimited POD product sales
✅ Use on all designs you own now and purchase in the future

🩷 Purchase Print On Demand License

STILL PROHIBITED

🔴 Sale of printed transfer sheets for resale (requires separate Transfer Sheet License)
🔴 Sale on mass-production platforms such as Amazon Merch, Temu, Shein, and similar services
🔴 Upload to artist marketplace sites including but not limited to Spoonflower, Society6, and Redbubble
🔴 Resale or redistribution of digital files
🔴 Claiming designs as your own

TRADEMARK NOTE

Please note that it is your responsibility to check the USPTO database and research trademarks for any items that you plan on selling, as this information varies from product to product and can change over time.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Pokey&Bear shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements. Use of the shop and/or files after any such modifications is your agreement to follow the updated Terms of Use.

These files remain the property of Pokey&Bear and are protected by U.S. and international property laws.
